Who We Are
No one loves Christmas more than we do at Schell Brothers.
In 2017 we dreamt of a magical Christmas village called Schellville. In our first season we delighted our Coastal Delaware community with 9 miniature houses decorated beautifully with plenty of activities, and Christmas trees. Since then, Schellville has grown as we have added train rides, snow zones, additional houses and plenty of fun to delight our local families!
In 2021, we are excited to announce a huge expansion. With our growth, we have gained many community sponsors and contributors.

Schellville is no longer just a "village lane," but instead, you and your family can enjoy an Enchanted Winter Celebration, providing hours of FREE fun and entertainment for kids of all ages from November 19th thru Dec 31st | Thursdays-Sundays | 5 PM - 9 PM.
What We Do
Families can explore a magical Christmas Village filled with 18 miniature houses full of decorations, toys, and activities. Or take a ride on one of our two Schellville Express trains, and Let the Good Times Roll on our NEW 100 X 120-foot roller rink and skate path.
Have an epic snowball battle in our Snow Zone, or get lost in our NEW Magical Maze of Merriment where you will find enchanted elf houses, Christmas trees, lights and many more surprises. Take a break in the Beer Garden sponsored by Revelation Craft Brewing Co. featuring our very own Two Blokes Brews, and give Kudos to help power our magical "Believe-O-Meter."
Don't forget to stop by and tell the big guy, Santa what is on your Christmas list. Have the kids bring their letters to Santa. In fact, watch their wishes magically soar from the mailbox to Mrs. Claus who promises to show Santa the kids letters each evening.
Enjoy live entertainment at Snowflake Stage sponsored by The Starboard while filling your belly with good eats, warm drinks, and adult beverages in the Ho Ho Ho Hospitality tent sponsored by La Vida Hospitality. Or take a stroll and explore Frosty's Food Trucks where you can enjoy tastes from local food trucks!
Check something off your shopping list while exploring a bevy of local crafters and merchants in our Candy Cane Artisan Lane. You will discover the perfect ornament for your tree, a fragrant seasonal candle, and even some Schellville mementos so you and your family can remember the fun of the holidays!

COVID safety measures will be in place for this event. Unvaccinated guests must wear a mask and stay at a safe distance from other guests. Sanitation protocols will be strictly adhered to by our volunteers, participants, and staff.
*Admission and most activities are free. Fees for skate rental ($5.00 - unless you bring your own) food concessions and shopping. Cash, credit cards and contactless payment onsite at booths.
